The companies and organisations listed below are all Corporate Members of the ITI Scottish Network. Why does ITI Scottish Network include Corporate Members in its directory? Well, sometimes translation projects are too complex to be managed and handled by one person. For example, if you have a new product and need to translate the packaging and documentation from English into all of the other 22 official languages of the European Union, a translation company will probably have better access to the specialist translators you need to ensure the work is done to a high standard. That is not to say that freelance translators cannot manage multilingual projects – many of our members can and do this regularly – but if your deadline is tight and the project complex, then often a translation company is the right choice. And very often, the translation companies listed as Corporate Members below will be using freelance translators who are members of the ITI Scottish Network – they recognise the professionalism and quality our members bring to their work.
